TENANT SELECTION

All our tenants have to pass a thorough referencing process which is undertaken on our behalf by a market-leader in that business. Only if our referencing agents are prepared to issue a “Warranty” to safeguard your rent do we permit the applicants to take the tenancy.

FULLY MANAGED OR TENANT FIND

We offer a comprehensive management service to our Landlords at a very competitive rate with no administrative add-ons. Knowing that you are paying a fixed fee every month is further peace of mind. Our staff have built up a wide range of contractors and artisans who can attend your property to assess and sort out any problems quickly and easily. Small problems are usually fixed within an agreed monthly budget but, should something more serious happen (i.e. “This looks complicated, better get a bigger hammer”) we always contact you to discuss the best way forward.

Alternatively, should you wish to manage the property yourself, we offer a service to just find a tenant for your property (referenced in the same way, of course!) and issue the first six month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for you. This is a good option for those experienced in maintaining their own properties but generally is not advisable for those new to letting their property.
