ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES AND FLOOR PLANS

Before placing any property on the market it is now a legal requirement to have an “Energy Performance Certificate” (EPC).

As we are also Letting Agents we need these certificates on all our rented properties. This also includes a diagrammatic floor plan of the property which, we feel, is of great assistance in helping to attract potential buyers.
